OCR PERFORMANCE TRAINING
This class consists of movements that prepare you for obstable course racing.The movements also improve functional fitness.
HIIT This cardio HIIT class will push you to sprint, jump & crawl, all while developing power, agility and speed.
STRENGTH
Work with kettlebells, dumbbells, sand bags and more to develop athletic strength and power while keeping heart rates high!
LEAN OUT
This is a total body endurance interval workout. The longer circuits will test your strength, skill and resilience in the ultimate fat-burning HIIT workout.
TOTAL BODY
This class is a balanced mix of cardio HIIT, strength and core. This is a great introductory class.
CORE & MORE
In our approach to core training we'll tackle your midsection from every angle with a variety of resistance. No crunches here!
COACH'S WORKOUT
This class incorporates fun functional fitness circuits.
